Actually — it’s not a rumor — it’s a reality !!! Get it? Reality? Like Reality TV? OK so it’s early. Anyways, the other good news besides the Today show stuff is that me and a group of 9 other singers are going to Rockefeller Plaza today to sing Christmas Carols to be taped … to be shown as the “bumps” for the show. i didn’t know what “bumps” were either, until I asked one of the producers. Evidently it’s the commercial lead-in and lead-outs. So when the show goes live Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs, and when we break for commercial, they are going to show us caroling and singing. The ten of us were hand-picked by the 5 choirmasters. Pretty cool.

Cheer up Charlie! So now that you are about to be famous, will you go by a stage name… maybe George Brett Davis? Jack and Jorie miss you. Jack was singing today and he said he was practicing for when he goes on the choir show when he grows up! See you Monday on TV!

You are making Wilmington and Lakota West proud (along with the two of us, of course). I have never voted for any reality show in my life until now. I discovered that if I just hit the back button on my browser, all of my information was still on the page and I could continue to vote. (Helped my carpal tunnel.)
Tell Kevin we are supporting all of you. Hope you will get at least some time to enjoy the city while you are there.
We’ll be watching you win tomorrow night, despite the obvious favoritism of the hostess. Flight of the Bumblebee was truly wonderful.
We are proud.
